October 2012

I've been really slack with the blog posts lately.  We're approaching the busy season of kid's activities so I'll be sure to update it more frequently.  The kids have had a fun October so far.  They've created lots of art for the house and played together well... until we here the inevitable cry of "Peter!" from Katie.  We went to the always fun Art on the Ave in Del Ray.  Katie got a stuffed animal lizard and Peter got a jellyfish made from yarn to hang from the ceiling in his room.

Katie has continued to do well in school.  She's adjusted very nicely, except for the early morning wake ups... but I never really adjusted well to those either.  Katie and I went to a Daddy-Daughter Dinner at Chick-Fil-A one night and had a good time.  They decorated the place nicely and we got to make a craft and get free sundaes!

The Halloween activities begin this week so I'll be sure to post lots more photos soon.
