Last weekend we kept Katie up way past her bedtime and went to the National Cathedral to see the Swiss artist Gerry Hofstetter's
illuminations projected against the cathedral. It was beautiful and fun to watch. There was a good crowd there and Katie enjoyed watching the lights and the dogs. In fact, when we first got there we were standing next to people that had two dogs and Katie squealed with so much delight that we had to move so we didn't disturb everyone.

Tonight we're going to an outdoor showing of "The Bee Movie" in our neighborhood.
Katie does her best cool Italian chick look by wearing her
AS Roma jersey that her Uncle John got her in Rome last year. Ciao bella Katie!

Katie tries to keep herself fresh by sitting in tupperware.
