Head circ: 18.25" (75th percentile)

If she continues to grow at the rate of 3.3% for height and 8.05% for weight, then she will grow thusly:

If she lives to be 178 years old then she will weigh more than Earth (1.32x10²⁵ pounds) and be 5.7 million miles tall (or 24 times taller than the distance between the Moon and the Earth).
