Today Katie hit another milestone. She tried to walk/crawl up the stairs. She didn't make it very far (2nd step) but they definitely have her attention now. It might be time to get some baby gates.
Also today Katie nearly locked Nancy out of the house. Nancy step outside briefly to set up the jogging stroller but when she tried to come back inside, Katie was standing at the storm door, inside the house. Nancy couldn't pull the door open or it would send poor Katie tumbling down the concrete stairs. After a brief standoff, Nancy was able to niftily open the door enough to grab Katie and keep her from falling.
The weather in DC was beautiful today. We hit 70 degrees!
